Payment Policy

• A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation for all customers. 

• A 50% deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. This will be applied to the total due. The remaining amount due can be charged to the same or a different card, or paid in cash. A full deposit refund will be made for cancellations that follow our cancellation policy below.

• Failure to check in for the reservation without notice or any damage done to the rooms or property will result in the card on file being charged the full price of the reservation or cost of the damages.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid loss of deposit:

• Fisherman's Cottage: 7 days

• Motel Rooms: 24 hours (by 2pm the day before check-in)

• Multiple Motel Rooms/Groups (2 or more rooms booked for more than 2 days): 1 week

 

Restrictions

• No refunds for early departure

• No pets allowed

• No smoking in rooms

• No open flames

• No parties

• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am

• Please be considerate of other guests!

Management Availability

• Motel management does not reside overnight on the property but is on-call 24/7 and can be reached at 608-783-3348. Assistant management may be onsite after hours.

• Motel office hours are 10am to 4pm

• We can do after hours check ins! Just give us a call for check-in instructions.
