MOTEL POLICIES

Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation for all customers. 

  • A 10% deposit will be collected at the time of reservation to verify the card. The remaining balance will be due at check-in, and can be paid via the card on file, a different card, or cash (no checks). A full refund will be made for cancellations that follow our cancellation policy below.

  • Failure to check in for the reservation or any damage done to the rooms or property will result in the card on file being charged the full price of the reservation or cost of the damages.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid incurring fees:

  • House: 7 days

  • Motel Room: 24 hours

  • Multiple Motel Rooms (2 or more rooms booked for more than 2 days): 2 weeks

 

Restrictions

  • No refunds for early departure

  • No pets allowed

  • No smoking in rooms

  • No open flames

  • No parties

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am

  • Please be considerate of other guests!
