Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation for all customers.

A 10% deposit will be collected at the time of reservation to verify the card. The remaining balance will be due at check-in, and can be paid via the card on file, a different card, or cash (no checks). A full refund will be made for cancellations that follow our cancellation policy below.

Failure to check in for the reservation or any damage done to the rooms or property will result in the card on file being charged the full price of the reservation or cost of the damages.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid incurring fees:

House: 7 days

Motel Room: 24 hours

Multiple Motel Rooms (2 or more rooms booked for more than 2 days): 2 weeks

No refunds for early departure

No pets allowed

No smoking in rooms

No open flames

No parties

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am

Management Availability

Motel management does not reside overnight on the property but is on-call 24/7 and can be reached at 608-783-3348. Assistant management may be onsite after hours.

Motel office hours are 10am to 4pm

We can do after hours check ins! Just give us a call for check-in instructions.
